1. About PARCELPOINT
PARCELPOINT is operated by HUBBED PP Pty Ltd, Australia’s largest alternative parcel delivery network. Through a network of over 2,000 locations including BP stations, Pack and Send, National Storage, and independent retailers, PARCELPOINT provides consumers with convenient access to parcel collection, sending, and returns services.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using any PARCELPOINT service, whether at a ParcelPoint location or through our website or app, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
You represent and warrant that any information you provide to us is accurate and complete.
3. Our Services
ParcelPoint provides the following consumer services:
- Click and Collect: Receive parcels at a ParcelPoint location of your choice instead of waiting at home for delivery.
- Drop Off and Send: Send a parcel from any participating ParcelPoint location using your chosen carrier.
- Returns: Book and drop off a return parcel at your nearest ParcelPoint location.
4. Using Click and Collect
4.1 How It Works
When an online retailer offers ParcelPoint Click and Collect at checkout, you can select a ParcelPoint location as your delivery address. Once your parcel arrives at that location, you will receive a Delivery Confirmation Notification via email and/or SMS containing a unique one-time Collection Code.
4.2 Collecting Your Parcel
To collect your parcel, you must present the following at the ParcelPoint location:
- Your Delivery Confirmation Notification or parcel consignment number
- Valid government-issued photo identification (passport or driver’s licence)
- Your unique Collection Code
If you are unable to fulfil these requirements, the ParcelPoint location will not release the parcel until they are met.
4.3 Collection Timeframe
You must collect your parcel within 7 days of delivery. If you are unable to collect within this period, ParcelPoint will either:
- Return the parcel to the sender at a flat rate cost of $9.95; or
- Arrange disposal of the parcel, incurring a disposal handling fee of $4.95.
4.4 Authorising a Third Party
If you are unable to collect your parcel personally and require someone else to do so on your behalf, authorisation must be obtained from you or your logistics carrier prior to collection.
4.5 Parcel Requirements
We reserve the right to refuse delivery of a parcel to a ParcelPoint location if:
- The parcel does not have a clearly identifiable label
- The collector’s name is not clearly visible on the label
- The parcel consignment or article number is not visible on the parcel
- The parcel weighs more than 10 kilograms
- The parcel exceeds the maximum size of 120cm in cubic dimensions (length plus width plus height combined), approximately the size of airline carry-on luggage
- The parcel contains or appears to contain Prohibited Articles or Dangerous Goods
- The parcel appears to be damaged
- The ParcelPoint location is unable to safely and securely store the parcel
We also reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is rude or aggressive towards ParcelPoint location staff.
If delivery of a parcel is refused, you will be notified by your logistics carrier. ParcelPoint will not notify you directly and will not charge a fee for refused deliveries, though fees may be charged by your carrier.
5. Using Drop Off and Send
5.1 Requirements
When dropping off a parcel for sending at a ParcelPoint location, you must:
- Ensure your parcel is correctly labelled with the recipient’s full name and address
- Ensure the parcel complies with the size and weight guidelines set out in Section 7
- Ensure the parcel does not contain Prohibited Articles or Dangerous Goods as defined in Section 8
5.2 Confirmation
Once your parcel has been accepted at a ParcelPoint location, you will receive a drop-off confirmation. Tracking information will be available through your carrier’s tracking system.
6. Using Returns
6.1 How to Book a Return
Returns must be booked through the ParcelPoint Returns portal prior to drop-off. A unique return label will be generated for each booking and must be applied to the parcel before it is dropped off.
A new booking must be submitted for every parcel you wish to return. Duplicate labels will not be accepted.
6.2 Drop-Off Requirements
When dropping off a return parcel at a ParcelPoint location, you must ensure:
- The return label is valid, unique, and clearly attached to the parcel
- The parcel complies with the size and weight guidelines set out in Section 7
- The parcel does not contain Prohibited Articles or Dangerous Goods as defined in Section 8
6.3 Confirmation
Once your parcel is dropped off, you will receive an email confirmation with a link to track your return.
6.4 If a Parcel Is Refused
We reserve the right to refuse a return parcel if:
- The parcel does not have a valid or clearly identifiable label
- The label has previously been used or is a duplicate
- The parcel weighs more than 10 kilograms
- The parcel exceeds the maximum size of 120cm in cubic dimensions
- The parcel contains or appears to contain Prohibited Articles or Dangerous Goods
- The parcel appears to be damaged
- The ParcelPoint location is unable to safely and securely store the parcel
- Anyone dropping off a parcel is rude or aggressive towards location staff
6.5 Refunds
If a ParcelPoint location refuses your return parcel, your booking will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your nominated payment method.

The Prohibited Article may be destroyed or otherwise dealt with at our absolute discretion.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel your access to ParcelPoint services if Prohibited Articles are dropped off or submitted through our network.
